Chuck Matthews, Founder and President
Mr. Matthews is a recognized leader in the development of "connected communities", having helped residential communities, commercial developers, and homebuilders plan and implement technology across the country in more than a dozen states. During the 15 years Chuck spent developing, financing and managing real estate, he had the opportunity to work on some of the foremost planned communities in the country. Chuck formed IntelliCommunities® in 1999 to realize his passion for enhancing the lifestyle of planned communities by using innovative web-based technologies. These "connected" communities can better realize the lifestyle conceptualized by their designers using technology to improve communication, coordination and the sharing of information. Chuck brings a real estate�oriented perspective to the clients of IntelliCommunities® and further adds value with his technology and community operations expertise.

Lisa M. Connolly, Customer Service Manager
Lisa brings over 10 years progressive experience in various roles in the Customer Service, Electronic Commerce, Software Support and Sales Support arena. Lisa was also Co-Founder of an e-commerce venture where she was responsible for driving revenues and building business relationships. The cornerstone of her success has been optimizing the customer experience, while constantly improving performance by process improvement, tool enhancement, and most importantly developing and mentoring the people she supports. She has a proven track record of developing effective rapport with customers and management of all levels.

Stuart Porter, Software Development Manager
Stuart joined IntelliCommunities® in 2005, and brings over 14 years of software development experience, Stuart led the development team to create the applications that enabled IntelliCommunities® to be certified as a Microsoft gold partner. Stuart has extensive exposure to all aspects of software development and is committed to helping IntelliCommunities® meet the software and technological needs of its clients.
Stuart moved to the US in 1999 from Scotland. Before becoming interested in software he studied as a geologist/microbiologist, worked as a hunting groom at a castle in Scotland, Barn Manager for a girls summer camp in North Carolina (while there played the lead role in 'Bye Bye Birdie'), and has been a stunt horse rider in a movie. Now enjoys living in Arizona, and has swapped his horse for a mountain bike.

Benjamin J. Whitehorn, Principal Consultant
Mr. Whitehorn is a 15 year veteran of the information technology and technology consulting arena. Mr. Whitehorn has spent his time working in the real-estate development, telecommunications, wireless services and construction management industries developing dynamic and innovative solutions to help companies better serve the needs of their customers. With a strong background in project management and customer-centric solutions, Mr. Whitehorn is able to take customers from consulting through implementation of all of their technology needs. Prior to joining IntelliCommunities®, Mr. Whitehorn was involved in a wireless broadband internet start-up company catering to the needs of the real-estate development market. Mr. Whitehorn spent 18 years living internationally in Europe, Asia, and South America.
